1. Definitions
In these Terms, "Service" refers to the courses and educational content offered by Gradient Academy. "User", "you", and "your" refer to anyone accessing our website or enrolled in a course. "We", "us", and "our" refer to Gradient Academy. "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Our courses are intended for individuals aged 18 or older with the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
3. Service Description
Gradient Academy provides online courses in AI development, including the Python for Data Starter Course, Deep Learning Fundamentals Track, and Applied AI Capstone Studio. Course availability and content may vary over time and are described in detail on our Solutions page.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when enrolling or contacting us
- Use course materials for personal learning purposes only
- Refrain from sharing login access or course materials with unauthorized third parties
- Engage respectfully with mentors and fellow learners in community spaces
5. Intellectual Property
Course materials, including videos, notebooks, and written content, remain the intellectual property of Gradient Academy. Enrollment grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access materials for personal educational use. Materials may not be reproduced, redistributed, or resold without written permission.
6. Payment Terms
Course fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) on our Solutions page and are payable at the time of enrollment. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and should be sent to [email protected] within 7 days of enrollment, before substantial course access has occurred.
7. Course-Specific Terms
Enrollment gives access to the relevant course materials for the duration described at the time of purchase. Completion records issued at the end of a course reflect participation and completed work; they are not formal academic degrees or professional licenses.
8. Disclaimers
Our Service is provided on an "as is" basis. While we aim to deliver clear, useful instruction, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, employment results, or skill levels, as these depend significantly on individual effort and circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Gradient Academy's liability for any claim arising from use of our Service is limited to the amount paid for the relevant course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Termination
You may stop using our Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to course materials if these Terms are materially violated. Provisions relating to intellectual property and limitation of liability survive termination.
11. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will first be addressed through informal negotiation; if unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
12. General Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Gradient Academy regarding use of the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to do so later.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
